As we step in to the month of January, Children are thrilled to be back at the magical years after the winter break. This month is packed with events for the children.

Makara Sankranti is celebrated on the 14th January and is the celebration of the sun’s journey from the southern to the northern hemisphere. It marks the end of winter solstice and the start of longer days. It is a time of harvest and people all over India celebrate the harvest festival in different unique ways.

Children are excited and preparing for the Annual Sports Day. The Annual School Trip is also around the corner.

School timings
  • Infancy Program - Age group – 1.6 years to 2.6 years – 9:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Montessori Program
    Age group – 2.6 years to 3.6 years – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
    Age group – 3.6 years to 5.6 years – 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
    Age group – 5.6 years to 7 years – 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
Dress code
  • Top/Frock and comfortable track pant.
  • Appropriate size sports shoes preferably with velcro and socks.
  • Neatly combed/tied up hair.
Security passes

The identity card of the child provided by the school during the time of admission will be used as a security pass which has to be carried by the adult to receive child from school.

Parking

Parents are requested to park their vehicles on either side of the school gate. Kindly do not park your vehicles in front of the school gate.

After school care

After school care facility would be available and can be availed by those opting for it. Lunch and evening snack will be provided. The children opting for the after school care facility, will automatically move into the after school care immediately after their batch timings. The after school care facility functions till 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday. The usual nap time is 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Sports

Trained coaches introduce the children to basic athletic movements, correct running biometrics and a few games – tennis, football, basketball, cricket and hockey. Children are to wear appropriate size sports shoes.

Transportation

Transportation facility can be availed. Interested parents are to mention their pick up and drop points.

Points to take note of
  • It is important that children arrive to school on time each morning. Punctuality is valuable and best learnt early.
  • A set of clothes, well labelled (mentioning name, age and a recent photo of the child), to be kept in school.
  • Gold/silver jewellery, fancy accessories and toys are to be avoided.
  • Avoid pinning handkerchief to the dress.
  • Trimming of nails on regular basis is essential.
